Măderat-Miniș growing zone is located in the westernmost point of Zarand Mountains, a length of more than 40 km and width varying between one hundred meters and several kilometers. The climate is favorable, enabling the production of this wine of exceptional quality.
The wine varieties cultivated and valued by the society:
Currently the company’s products reach three market segments:
– Low segment – comprising: Pâncota Red, Pâncota White, Pearl of Zarand
– The middle segment – with Marienfelder assortments, Red Măderat, and a more special assortment that originates in the Miniș-Măderat vineyard, called Mustoasă de Măderat.
– The upper segment – DOC (controlled denomination of origin) Fetească Regală, Muscat Ottonel, Italian Riesling (white wines) and Great Burgundy (an intense red wine with powerful extraction).
In the Miniș – Măderat vineyards, the Pâncota Wine Cellars have one of the largest wine production, storage and conditioning facilities, as well as modern bottling equipment .
